you? Social anxiety prevents us from finding pleasure and fulfillment
in our interactions with others. It inhibits our relationships
and affects our work lives, often contributing to feelings of inadequacy
and depression. This lecture is designed to help reduce social
anxiety by teaching you how to stop catastrophizing about what could
happen, and start taking social risks.
